Terdoo Nelson Nondo is a passionate software engineer, digital skills trainer, and program manager with a proven track record of leading impactful projects in the EdTech and nonprofit sectors. With a background in Physics and certifications in full-stack web development and digital marketing, Terdoo blends technical expertise with strategic thinking to deliver innovative solutions that drive social change.

Currently serving as the Programs Manager and CTO at Edufun Technik STEM Foundation, he oversees program design, curriculum development, and digital transformation efforts aimed at equipping children and youth with essential STEM and digital skills. He also leads community initiatives as a Lead Volunteer with Mind the Gap Nigeria, where he has successfully trained and mentored over 16,000 young people in digital literacy and career readiness.

Terdoo is highly skilled in web development (HTML, CSS, Python/Django, MySQL), digital marketing, instructional design, and project coordination. Known for his leadership, creativity, and problem-solving abilities, he is deeply committed to youth empowerment, education, and technology for development.
