PROGRAM TIMELINE
At Edufun TechEquity Project, our comprehensive program is designed to equip participants with the skills and experience needed to succeed. The program is divided into three distinct phases:
Training Phase
Over a period of three months, participants will engage in hybrid training sessions that combine both online and in-person learning. During this phase, they will receive intensive instruction in their chosen skill areas, culminating in certification upon successful completion.
Internship/Job Placement Phase
Following the training phase, participants will embark on a one-month internship, gaining hands-on practical experience in their selected fields. This phase is designed to bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world application. Additionally, participants will be connected to employment opportunities, giving them a head start in their careers.
Mentorship Phase
In the final phase, participants will be matched with expert mentors who will provide ongoing guidance and support. These mentors will help navigate the challenges of their new career paths, offering invaluable advice and encouragement to ensure long-term success.
